On Feb. 1, Gov. Jack Dalrymple, R-N.D., announced that state agencies would be forced to forfeit 4.05 percent of their general fund budget.

Today, the state Office of Management and Budget released how they will be making those cuts. That document is attached to this article.

The Department of Human Services will lose the most money at nearly $54 million. They will cut nearly $30 million dollars in medical assistance grants and more than $1.5 million in salaries.

Political reporter Max Grossfeld will speak to the Department of Human Services, along with other agencies, to see how they decided to make their cuts.
