ND State Water Commission Approves $160 Million for Water Supply Projects

The North Dakota State Water Commission approved $160 million for municipal, rural and regional water supply projects across the state.

The nine member commission that includes Gov. Jack Dalrymple awarded the city of Williston just under $11 million, with Watford City receiving more than $5 million.

The commission also approved $70 million for the Western Area Water Supply.The State Water Commission will utilize these funds appropriated by the Legislature for the 2015-2017 biennium.
