Minot police say they have arrested the man wanted for shooting his wife last week.
They say they took Joseph Barnes Jr. into custody after a traffic stop Monday afternoon.
Barnes faces charges of aggravated assault stemming from the shooting incident on Nov. 8 where police say he shot his wife during a confrontation at her southeast Minot home.
