Minot Man Arrested for 5-Car Crash

Minot Police found the man who caused a car crash involving five cars on Sunday.

Officers responded to a crash on the intersection of 4th Avenue and North Broadway.

The five car crash included Leroy D. Kyles' vehicle.

Police say the 32-year-old Minot man had traveled westbound to that location, hitting the first vehicle and causing a chain reaction between the four cars stopped at the light.

A 60-year-old Minot woman was injured and transported to Trinity ER.

Kyles fled on foot from the scene of the crash and warrants have been obtained for his arrest.

Kyles turned himself in and was arrested for driving under revocation, aggravated reckless driving, escape, leaving the scene of an accident involving death or injury and reckless endangerment.

Kyles is being held in Ward County Jail and expected to be charged.
