The man arrested in connection to a string of heroin overdoses that killed one Williston resident, has pleaded not guilty.

Thirty-five year old Johnny Thompson is facing a Class AA felony charge of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Police say Thompson sold heroin to a victim that died earlier this year.

Thompson and six other suspects are facing drug charges in connection to this case.

A warrant is still out for a Williston woman.

Thompson is being held at the Williams County Correctional Center on a $250,000 bond.
