Man Accused with False Bomb Threat in Dickinson Charged with Terrorizing

The man arrested in connection with yesterday's airport shutdown in Dickinson has been charged terrorizing.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Justin Cox-Sever, a flight attendant on the plane, tied a plastic bag under a seat on a SkyWest plane and told the flight crew that it was an unclaimed bag, making a beeping sound.

The flight crew then made an emergency landing, and the Bismarck bomb squad searched the plane.

The terrorizing charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
