A Williston man accused of brandishing a handgun at another motorist while driving on Highway 2 near Berthold in December pleaded not guilty Thursday.
Thirty-two-year-old Kevin Imsland faces a charge of terrorizing.
According to the Berthold Police Chief, a motorist called the police, and reported a man driving recklessly.
As the man passed the car, the driver glared at him and showed a handgun.
The Chief later tracked Imsland down and arrested him.
He'll be back in court April 13.
