A convicted sex offender accused of forcing women into sex trafficking in Williston defended himself in U.S. District Court Wednesday.
Thirty-nine-year-old Keith Graves is representing himself in the 12-day trial.
Graves fired two appointed attorneys despite Judge Daniel Hovland's advice.
The jury heard more witness testimonies from the women who stated Graves controlled them and used their drugs addictions against them.
A 29-year-old woman testified being forced into having sex with him while her two children were in the same hotel room.
A 38-year-old woman told the courtroom that Graves made her inject drugs into the women who worked for Graves.
She says she and the other women were paid $300 to $500 to sell their bodies.
The trial will continue Thursday.
