A 200-acre grassfire that started Monday north of Mandan has reignited.
The fire reignited around 2:30 p.m., but luckily the Mandan Rural Fire Department was on hand at the time.
They've been working on putting out the hot spots ever since.
The Mandan Rural Fire chief says the strong winds aren't helping their efforts. He adds that the fire today is only expected to burn about five more acres.
Unlike Monday's fire, there aren't any homes nearby that run the risk of being damaged.
