Body found in Theodore Roosevelt National Park identified

The body discovered in Theodore Roosevelt National Park last month has been identified as 24-year-old Rem Lydia of Dickinson.

The North Dakota Medical Examiner's Office has determined the cause of death as a self-inflicted gun wound.

Lydia was reported missing by the Dickinson Police Department on May 3.

The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation is continuing to investigate the incident. ​
