Bismarck Woman Pleads Guilty to Accessory in 2013 Bank Robbery

A Bismarck woman was sentenced to 60 months probation yesterday.

Thirty-five-year-old Nicole Speed pleaded guilty to Accessory in connection with the bank robbery of Northland Financial Bank in Medina, N.D. She will be placed on 12 months of home confinement with electronic monitoring and will have to complete 750 hours of community service. Speed is also ordered to pay fines valued at $2,670.

The robbery occurred Oct. 13, 2013, and Speed provided the handgun that was used during the robbery. The men who robbed the bank, Satrone Boyd and Rendell Hardy received prison sentences.

Boyd was sentenced to serve 7.5 years in prison, and Hardy was sentenced to 12.5 years for Bank Robbery and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Violent Crime.
