A Bismarck woman charged with five felonies will be in court today. Bismarck Police responded to a welfare check on 25-year-old Megan Quaschnick in September.

According to court documents, a caller told police they were concerned Quaschnick's boyfriend, 27-year-old, Jesse Meier from Lincoln, was keeping her against her will.

When police arrived, they saw a pill bottle with a green leafy substance and applied for a search warrant.

Police found approximately 63 items including nine individual baggies of marijuana, two planners with names and numbers on certain dates and $9,965.00 in cash.

Quaschnick was charged with possession of a controlled substance with Intent to Deliver, possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and four other drug possession charges.

According to Burleigh County Court, their court cases will be combined. Their apartment is within a 1,000 feet of Dorothy Moses Elementary School.
