A Bismarck man is in custody after he threatened to kill three men on Friday morning.

An 18-year-old male victim told Bismarck Police officers that 38-year-old Marcus Peltier of Bismarck was angry when he came home and threatened to fight with people.

The suspect told the victims that he would come back to the home on the 1600 block of East Bowen Avenue and kill everyone inside.
