Bismarck Man Pleads Not Guilty to Pharmacy Burglary

The Bismarck man accused of breaking into Northbrook Drug pharmacy on Christmas pleaded not guilty today.

According to court documents, 36-year-old Niko Vournas admitted to Bismarck Police that he broke into the pharmacy and stole numerous prescription pills.

Vournas pleaded not guilty to the three Class C felonies and two Class A misdemeanors, including burglary, possession of a controlled substance and carrying a concealed weapon.

His felony jury trial was scheduled for May.
