A Bismarck man has been charged with terrorizing and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Police say 44-year-old James Jenkins was holding a gun on two people in an apartment on the 2700 block of Hawken Street shortly after four o'clock Christmas morning.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance complaint and entered when they heard a person scream that Jenkins had a gun.

They took him into custody, and he's being held on $7,000 bond.
