Bismarck Home Invasion Results in Domestic Assault

Two Bismarck residents came home early Sunday morning and found three strangers fighting in their bathroom.

When the residents threatened to call 911, the three female suspects assaulted them.

The 33-year-old female and 24-year-old male residents were able to run out of their home on the 2600 block of Manchester Street and flag down a highway patrol officer nearby.

The strangers fled the home before law enforcement arrived.

Later that morning, police were called to the 100 block of West London Avenue where three women were fighting and they are believed to be the same women from the home invasion.

Twenty-three-year-old Rikkilynn Yankton was arrested for criminal trespass and domestic violence. She is expected to appear in court today for violating her probation order.

Two minors, ages 15 and 17, were cited for minor in possession and domestic assault.
