Animals were creeping, crawling, flapping, and napping at the Bismarck Ramada Inn.
Residents could wander through the tables of the second annual Bismarck Area Pet Show to find pets, products, and services. Everything from geckos and snakes to cats and carrier pigeons. Breeders answered questions from pet owners about proper animal care. The show was started to help showcase breeders in the Bismarck area.
"There wasn't a whole lot of exotic animal exposure in the area. There are keepers out there, but not everybody knows about them. So, we just felt that it was time to show everybody," said Brenda Howard, Coordinator of the Bismarck Area Pet Show.
Guests were told however, not to bring their own pets to the show.
