3 Arrested for Supplying Heroin in Williston

Williston Police have arrested three men for supplying heroin that caused several overdoses two weeks ago in Williston.

According to Williams County court documents, 31-year-old Timothy Amundson and 22-year-old Tanner Nielsen are known to sell heroin in Williston. The documents say Amundson took a trip to Chicago, where he met with a heroin supplier from a gang.

A third person, 21-year-old Sylvester McCurry, is suspected of bringing heroin from Chicago.

All three have been arrested and charged with Class AA felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. A warrant is out for a fourth person from Chicago.

Amundson and Nielsen are held on $250,000 bond, while McCurry is held on $500,000 bond.
