One of Mandan's biggest events of the summer is for more than just classic car lovers.
Vendors are setting up for the 22nd annual Buggies and Blues Classic Car Show and music festival taking place this weekend.
People from all over the country come here to show off their classic vehicles in Saturday's parade and then fill Main Street for the show on Sunday.
After a record turnout last year, organizers are planning for more than 400 cars.
And that's not all. Food vendors, crafts and live music make the festival friendly for everyone.
"That would be really hard to say, what is my favorite part of the whole event is," said Vern Cermak, event organizer. "There's so many different aspects of it all, food would have to rank up there though as one of them though."
The beer garden and live music start at 4 p.m. Saturday with a $5 admission fee,
The car parade takes off at 8 a.m.
