Woman arrested for possession of meth, child neglect

BISMARCK, N.D. - A 46-year-old woman has been arrested after three children were found in her home along with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Maj. Kelly Leben, with the Burleigh County Sheriff’s Department, says Tamara Walth was pulled over on Nov. 9, and information from the traffic stop led Burleigh County Sheriff’s deputies to search Walth’s residence the following morning on 78th Ave. N.W.

During the search Leben says that deputies found methamphetamine and marijuana along with other drug paraphernalia.

Walth faces charges of possession with intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine, child neglect and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
