Williston man facing corruption of minor charges pleads not guilty

WILLISTON, N.D. - A Williston man facing corruption of minor charges has pleaded not guilty.

Donnie Porter II was arrested in June after authorities say they received a report that Porter engaged in sexual acts with a young boy. According to court documents, Porter admitted as much to a Williston Police Department detective.

Porter is being charged with two felony counts of corruption or solicitation of minors.

He is being held at the Williams County Correctional Center on a $100,000 bond.

His next court appearance is September 27.
