WILLISTON, N.D. - A Williston man has been charged with felony criminal mischief after authorities say he vandalized more than 20 properties near the Williston State College campus.
Court documents say 19-year-old Seth Dubray and a juvenile vandalized more than $10,000 worth of property. The Williston Police Department found multiple vehicles, houses and other property spray painted with black paint. Authorities say the suspects painted vulgar language as well as the anarchy symbol. Court documents say Dubray "felt bad" about his actions the following day.
Dubray is being held at the Williams County Correctional Center on a $7,500 bail.
