WILLISTON, N.D. - A Williston man caused a crash in Morton County, stopping traffic for almost an hour.

The Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Matthew Fobian was driving a semi-truck with a flatbed trailer carrying a cherry picker. Fobian drove onto Sunset Drive.

He went under the I-94 underpass, but didn't have enough clearance. He struck the bridge and got stuck. It took 40 minutes to get the truck and the cherry picker unstuck.

Fobian was taken to the local hospital with minor injuries. The Highway Patrol says he was driving without a permit.
