A Watford City man accused of sexually abusing children will serve 18 years in prison after striking a deal with the state.
Sixty-year-old Lance Foreman faced two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child, both Class AA felonies.
The crimes against the victims date back to the 1970s and 80s, but the victims came forward in recent years, and Foreman told investigators they should believe the victims' accusations.
He'll also have to register as a lifetime sex offender.
He'll receive credit for 170 days served.
