'Twice Blessed' campaign a success

MINOT, N.D. - The St. Joseph's Community Health Foundation First Annual "Twice Blessed" Campaign raised $271,462.99.

That money will be given to 23 different programs within the area for projects that address the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the community.

Some of those programs include the YWCA, the Minot Area Homeless Coalition, and the Dakota Hope Clinic.

“When we first embarked on this last spring and said we wanted to do something as a foundation that could you raise more money and could help us give more money away, we had no idea that success would be what it is today,” said Shelly Weppler, President of the St. Joseph’s Community Health Foundation.

Weppler said because of the success of this year’s campaign, they will continue it for years to come.
