Trinity Health Sports Medicine hosted a special event for overhead athletes, parents, and coaches at the Grand Hotel. Los Angeles Angels Assistant Athletic Trainer and Kenmare native Eric Munson visited with attendees to give insight on injury prevention and strength training for baseball, softball, and volleyball players as well as swimmers.

"I've had guys say that they just feel like they move better," Munson said. "They feel freer. They don't feel like they're so tense. They feel like they can just do what they need to do. They're doing things that they've always done but they just feel better doing them."

The clinic was free thanks to a grant from the Trinity Health Foundation.
