Statements not to be suppressed in Red Fawn Fallis DAPL protest case

MORTON COUNTY Lawyers for a Denver woman accused of shooting at police during the Dakota Access Pipeline protests last year were not able to suppress statements she made as officers were arresting her.

The judge turned their request down.

Officers had testified that Red Fawn Fallis yelled, "All pigs deserve to die," and, "If I wanted to kill you, I would have shot you in the head."

Fallis is headed for trial next month.
