BISMARCK, N.D. - Bismarck residents were walking despite the chilly conditions on Saturday. People had a chance to warm up next to a fire and roast marshmallows at General Sibley Park.

The S’mores Walk is part of the Bismarck Parks and Recreation Department's Flurry Fest, which is a month-long celebration held every February meant to get people outside in the winter months.
