A civil trial has been set against the Dakota Access Pipeline security firm TigerSwan, LLC.
The North Dakota Private Investigative and Security Board filed a complaint in June saying that TigerSwan had been operating private investigative and security services in North Dakota illegally.
The complaint says that TigerSwan was denied an application by the North Dakota Private Investigative and Security Board but continued security work in the state.
TigerSwan denies that they continued to do security work in North Dakota.
The trial is scheduled to start Oct. 8.
