BISMARCK, N.D. - An obvious solution to a district with overcrowded elementary schools is to build a new one and create new boundaries.
But, Bismarck Elementary Facilities Committee proposed a different option.
Their idea is to use rooms at the Hughes Educational Center, where teachers would be able to utilize new techniques.
Parents district-wide will have the option to send their children there.
School board members will give it more consideration at the next meeting.
