Pioneer Village civil trial wrapped Wednesday

MINOT, N.D. - Testimony wrapped Wednesday in the civil trial over the fate of the Pioneer Village on the State Fairgrounds.

The North Dakota State Fair wants to evict the village from the fairgrounds.

The Ward County Historical Society, which manages the village, argues they have a right to remain on the property.

Judge Rhonda Ehlis asked both attorneys to submit post trail briefs for her consideration and will make a final ruling at a later date.
