BISMARCK, N.D. – The no travel advisory has been lifted for the City of Bismarck.

Snowplows have cleared the snow emergency routes and major arterial streets.

Crews are now plowing residential routes, but due to deep snow and drifts, some roads remain impassable for normal vehicle traffic.

Travel if you are able, but the City of Bismarck urges you to use caution.

The Snow Emergency Declaration remains in effect.

Vehicles should be removed from all city streets for snow removal operations.

Keep vehicles off the street until the plows have cleaned your area.

It is illegal to push, shovel or blow snow into the street, alley, or onto another person’s property. The fine for this violation is up to $1,000 and up to 30 days in jail.
