N.D. farmers schedule sessions to discuss new farm bill

BISMARCK, N.D. - A new farm bill is in the works, and the North Dakota Farmers Union wants to make sure producers have their say before it becomes law. The current farm bill expires in September of 2018.

Six listening sessions have been scheduled in North Dakota.

Those closest to us are on July 17 at the Roughrider Center in Watford City at 10:00 a.m.; the North Central Experiment Station in Minot at 3:00 p.m., and at the Heritage Center in Bismarck on July 18 at 3:00 p.m.

The current farm bill expires in September of 2018.
