MONTANA - Montana Republicans are forming a panel to come up with a replacement for the Affordable Care Act in the state.

The Senate Majority Leader said the group will advise lawmakers how to respond to any changes made to the healthcare law.

While Congress is planning on repealing the Sct, state officials believe it won't be finished until 2019.

The panel is expected to consist of as many as 20 people, and will include representatives from the healthcare and insurance industries as well.
