Minot Police arrested 27-year-old Kendell Russell and 28-year-old Dominick Stephens early Sunday morning for holding a woman against her will in a car and threatening her with a gun.
Police responded to the 1700 block of 11th Street SE shortly after 2 a.m. for a report of a possible kidnapping of a woman.
A vehicle arrived at the scene with two men and a woman, and police detained all three.
Investigators say they learned that the trio left a bar together, but when the woman asked to leave, the men threatened her and drove her to a gas station. They say, at one point, one of the men brandished a handgun.
Russell and Stephens each face a charge of felonious restraint, and remain in custody in the Ward County Jail pending their initial court appearance.
Russell was also arrested for an unrelated warrant.
