Minot Police searching for suspects in hit-and-run injury crash

Minot Police are asking for the public’s help in locating suspects who fled from a car crash Thursday afternoon on the city’s northwest side.

Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run around 5:45 p.m. in the 200 block of 16th Street NW.

Witnesses told police three people ran from the striking vehicle.

Two people inside the struck vehicle became pinned inside. Emergency crews managed to remove them and take them to Trinity Hospital where they are being treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses detained one passenger from the striking car until officers arrived, and he was also taken to the hospital.
