Minot crash victim identified as Airman

UPDATE: 2:37 p.m. Minot, N.D. - Minot Police have identified the Air Force captain who died as 38-year-old as Rosamary Hadley.

Hadley served as a captain with the 5th Medical Group at Minot Air Force Base.

Hadley’s car became submerged in Souris River after she missed the bridge near 4th Avenue NW.

A dive crew pulled Hadley from the car. She was rushed to Trinity Hospital where she was pronounced dead.


A captain with the 5th Medical Group at Minot Air Force Base died last night in a vehicle accident in Minot when her car entered the Souris River on the city's northwest side.

Police, fire, and paramedics responded to the 4th avenue bridge in Minot just after 5 p.m. for a report of a submerged car.

A dive crew pulled the woman from the car and paramedics rushed her to the hospital.

Air Force officials say the woman's name is being withheld pending family notification.
