Mandan man arrested for threatening to shoot church

MANDAN, N.D. - A Mandan man has been charged with terrorizing after threatening to shoot church and Morton County Social Services employees.

Court documents say 52-year-old Michael Serr came into the Spirit of Life Church upset because he believed Social Services had taken his children.

Documents also say that Serr said he was going to go home and grab his guns and shoot people.

Serr has been charged with terrorizing and disorderly conduct.
