The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of the man killed in a rollover accident on Highway 73 in McKenzie County Tuesday.
41-year-old Jason Stubbs, Sr., of Manhattan, Montana, missed a curve, rolled and hit a tree. Stubbs was thrown out of the vehicle and died at the scene. Authorities say they're still not sure what time the crash happened.
(Original Story) A 41-year-old man was killed on Highway 73 near Watford City.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the man was making a left-hand curve on a grade. The vehicle crossed the fog line and drove onto the right shoulder.
The driver attempted to correct, but lost control and entered the north ditch, the vehicle rolled over and struck a tree.
The driver was ejected. The exact time of the crash is unknown.
