WILLISTON, ND - A man who was arrested in Williston in August after law enforcement found more than 300 grams of methamphetamine has pleaded not guilty.
Twenty-eight-year-old Julio Gutierrez waived his preliminary hearing Thursday. He was arrested when authorities found drug paraphernalia, multiple firearms and prescription pills inside multiple apartments he was using.
Gutierrez is facing 10 felony counts of burglary, possession of firearms and multiple drug charges.
His trial is scheduled to begin on Jan. 3.
