MINOT, N.D. - Ten restaurants across the state have partnered up with the Special Olympics of North Dakota to help raise money to send the North Dakota team in the 2018 USA games in Seattle, Washington.

Elevation was chosen to represent the city of Minot in this year's Special Night Out.

Fifteen percent of customer bills will go directly to the team in a check made out by Elevation.

Locations were selected from Bismarck, Grand Forks, Devils Lake, Valley City and Jamestown.

"I was ecstatic. To even be thinking about being chosen. We just love being apart of these community and state wide local charities and being a part of that. Just go and win and try as hard as you can" said restaurant owner, Mike Miller.

The Special Olympic Games will be held in Seattle, Washington July 1-6.
