Human trafficker changes plea to guilty

BISMARCK, N.D. - There was a change of plea hearing in Bismarck today for a man suspected of human trafficking.

U.S. Attorney Gary Delorme says 43-year-old Harold Nunnelly pleaded guilty to transporting an individual in interstate commerce with the intent that the individual engage in prostitution.

According to court documents, Nunnelly asked the victim to travel from Washington State to North Dakota for work and promised her heroin in return.

Nunnelly also told the victim to post an escort advertisement to backpage.com
