MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A former school administrator in Sawyer serving 35 years in prison for child sex crimes wants electronics returned that were seized during the investigation.

Fifty-two-year-old Charles Soper argued in district court the state should return a computer, an iPad and a cellphone to his family, so they can sell or use the devices.

The prosecutor argued the computer and iPad contain child pornography and should be destroyed. The judge took the request under advisement.
