Federal trial set for New Town man accused of murder

The jury trial for the 26-year-old New Town man accused of stabbing and killing a man has been set.

Donovan Duchaine has been charged federally with second-degree murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.
According to court records, Duchaine’s accused of killing 29-year-old David Rios on May 25 in tribal lands.

His three day jury trial is scheduled for August 6 at 1:30 p.m.
