BISMARCK, N.D. - February means Flurry Fest for Bismarck Parks and Recreation.
The month-long event is aimed at getting people outside and active in the middle of winter. Skating with the Bismarck Bobcats, cardboard sled races, nighttime cross country skiing and more will be taking place across the city all month.
"It's just something to get you out in the cold winter months,” Ethan Eberle with Bismarck Parks and Rec said. “Give you something else to do rather than just sitting inside and waiting for the cold to disappear."
