CNN - Equifax credit reporting agency announced that its chief information officer and its chief security officer are both retiring.

This comes after Equifax announced a data breach that exposed the personal information of 143 million Americans.

The company is now under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission and the class-action lawsuits are starting to pile up.

The State Attorney General of Massachusetts says she intends to sue the company.
