Dickinson school superintendent announces resignation

DICKINSON, N.D. - At last night's Dickinson Public School board meeting, Superintendent Doctor Doug Sullivan announced that he will be resigning.

Sullivan has almost 40 years of education experience and has been superintendent in Dickinson since 2009.

In a statement Sullivan said: "My wife and I are looking forward to what the future has in store. It has been my pleasure and privilege to serve the Dickinson Public Schools and community of Dickinson."

His last day will be June 30.
