DICKINSON, N.D. - A 27-year-old Dickinson man was arrested Saturday evening for assaulting four people.

Dickinson Police say at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a report of an assault involving a firearm on the 300 Block of Fourth Avenue SW.

When officers got to the scene they found the four victims who had blunt force trauma-related injuries to their heads and facial areas.

Police say the confrontation started after Jeffrey Reynolds approached the victims over a neighborhood dispute, which escalated.

The suspect then began physically assaulting the victims using a handgun as a blunt force object.

The suspect fled the scene on foot before police arrived, but was taken into custody at his residence after police obtained a search warrant.

The suspect is being held at the Southwest Multi County Correctional Center on charges of Class C felony aggravated assault and Class C felony terrorizing.

Three of the four victims were treated at a Dickinson Hospital. The fourth victim refused medical attention.
