BISMARCK, N.D. - A California man was arrested after Highway Patrol officers discover 30 pounds of pot in his car.
Officers pulled Allen Clarke over for a traffic violation on I-94 in Bismarck Tuesday, Nov. 21.
A search of the car turned up the packaged marijuana.
