Bismarck woman sentenced 10 years in prison for distributing meth

BISMARCK, N.D. - A Bismarck woman has been sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.

Thirty-seven-year-old Maisie Elizabeth Barnson was convicted of distributing methamphetamine throughout the Bismarck area in January of 2016.

Chief U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland ordered Barnson to five years of supervised release and to pay $300 to the Crime Victim's Fund.
